Happy 4th of July!

Man oh man the 4th of July was a blast!!
We had a big BBQ and went Jet Skiing at Pueblo Reservoir.

It was a lot of work on me and Trayco's part but it was definitely worth it.
We had to drive 6 hours round trip to Trayco's uncle's house the night before to pick up the jet skis and then woke up really early the next morning to get everything else ready.

Let's be honest, I'll do anything to ensure a fun 4th of July,
it's my favorite day of the year!

The EDGE Amazing Race

Every year Edge puts on a two week competition called the Amazing Race. It is modeled after the show, everyday there is a new challenge and you have to complete the challenge to move on to the next day. Challenges include having to sell so many accounts, etc. All of the experienced guys are against each other and then all of the first years are against each other. Trayco won the entire thing and won a trip for two to Disneyland!! We are so excited. K Perrins won it for the first years and he is in Trayco's office which is kind of a big deal since the two winners were both in Colorado Springs!

26!

What better way to end your birthday than to have 12 guys
show up at your door to sing you Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Drew!

It was so fun having Drew out in Colorado
with us this summer. His birthday happened
to land on a Sunday so we had all the guys
over for brownies and ice cream to celebrate.

Happy Birthday Drew!

Dinner Goal

Every week if the guys hit their weekly sales goal,
we get to have dinner on Edge.

It was only slightly awkward being the only people
at Olive Garden with all of the employees
trying to speedily serve us so they could go home.

USU Graduate!

I remember sitting down with a guidance counselor at Snow College as she showed me how many credits it would take to earn my associates degree. Then she laid out what I needed to do to get my bachelors degree. The amount of credits was amazingly high and I remember thinking "yeah that's never going to happen." And here I am many semesters later with a bachelors degree!

President Hinckley taught:
Find purpose in your life. Choose the things you would like to do, and educate yourselves to be effective in their pursuit. . . . In this day and time, a girl needs an education. She needs the means and skills by which to earn a living. . . .
Study your options. Pray to the Lord earnestly for direction. Then pursue your course with resolution.
The whole gamut of human endeavor is now open to women. There is not anything that you cannot do if you will set your mind to it. You can include in the dream of the woman you would like to be a picture of one qualified to serve society and make a significant contribution to the world of which she will be a part.
