We had big plans for the day but when we woke up our legs and feet
were in pain from all of the walking from the day before.
So we took it easy and got breakfast and then checked out the NBA store.
Every basketball jersey, shoe, sock, ball, and piece of clothing you can imagine was there.
^We kept waiting and waiting to get a picture in front of the store but this gentleman would not leave! His friends were taking pictures of him and he did about 50 different poses so we gave up and just took a picture with him in it. We decided he must be the worlds biggest NBA fan!
We saw an afternoon showing of Wicked and it blew our minds.
The acting and the set was worth every penny.
The music was amazing and
we have been listening to the soundtrack ever since!
We ate pizza like true New Yorkers, standing up.
There are little pizza joints everywhere and there is standing room only.
We went to an Italian place and their Italian accidents were so thick that we just pointed to the pizza we wanted and hoped we were hearing them right.
The Brooklyn Bridge is truly a sight to see!
The night skyline behind the bridge was so pretty.
We didn't walk the entire thing because our feet were hurting so bad by the end of the day but we walked a little ways and then made our way back to the subway.
We ended our very cold day with cheesecake and hot chocolate from Juniors
