The road trip to Montana was a long one.
We were hauling a trailer with an old truck
that was averaging 7 miles per gallon.
But the drive was well worth it.
Montana is BEAUTIFUL!
We fell in love with the place and
made hypothetical plans to
ditch school and work and stay there forever and
raise little country children.
Trayco's cousin, Laramy, AKA "Sasquatch"
bought an outfitting lodge in Hamilton.
Aunt Khetta moved there to cook
and run the business side of the lodge.
Laramy took us to a grill in town called Naps.
We were served hamburgers the size of our face.
Inside the grill was a really cool license
plate wall with plates from every state.
This is Blaze, the biggest six month old I have ever held.
We were 20 minutes outside of where the original
Alleman farm was in Stevenville so we ventured
out to see where my mom grew up
It was a long 14+ hour drive back to Colorado
but we made a quick sight seeing stop in Jackson Hole
and stopped in Rexburg
so Sabra could see BYU Idaho.
The highlight of the drive was listening
to the podcast Serial which made the trip go by fast!
